Client’s Background
Located in the heart of midtown New York City, SUITES by NYLO, a co-working space for aesthetic and medical professionals, offers a one-stop solution for professionals starting in the aesthetics business. They provide utilities, furnished suites, education and training programs, on-site staff, and state-of-the-art technologies to help professionals flourish in their business ventures. Recently, the company has renovated its rooftop lounge for employees and clients to relax or hold live events.
The rooftop is situated between two high-rise buildings and surrounded by other tall buildings. After conducting thorough research on the community’s architectural style and the demographic features of cosmetic injection clients, our designer proposed champagne-coloured brushed aluminium tables and seating for the rooftop. Champagne represents elegance and subtlety, and it is also a rare colour for brushed aluminium, showcasing the clients’ unique aesthetics.
Coets’ Solution and Service
The manager of SUITES by NYLO was pleased with the colour proposal we presented and asked us to create a floor plan for the rooftop furniture. After several rounds of discussion, our designers devised a final plan that divides the patio space into three sections.
- Sofa Section: This part contains six sets of outdoor sofas and coffee tables, where small groups can enjoy private conversations. The 2-seater sofas exude a cosy and inviting vibe, with rattan seating and plastic wood armrests.
- Dining Section: This area features two large rectangular dining tables for groups to enjoy brunches during their aesthetic treatments. The ergonomic dining chairs have breathable, fast-drying sling seating and lightweight aluminium frames that make them easy to move. The large dining table is made up of four smaller square tables, providing a spacious surface for large meals. Its high-quality plastic wood tabletop is easy to clean and requires little maintenance.
- Lounge Section: This area includes three spacious outdoor loungers that allow people to stretch out comfortably and engage in more intimate conversations.
- Outdoor Parasols: There are several types of parasols available. One free-standing parasol is located in the sofa section and can be easily moved with a small weight base. Another table parasol fits in with the dining table. There are also two free-standing cantilever parasols with heavier bases that provide a wider area of shade and increased stability.
